I have worked with animals for 17 years beginning at my local kennels in 2001, helping dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities become man’s best friends. After working with pets for both small and large corporations, I became a full-time veterinary technician and a part-time dog groomer. A local dog trainer was impressed with how I handled his dogs while at the Veterinarian’s office, and he taught me his training techniques that paired well with my extensive experience. Since then, I became officially certified in K-9 training, and I created Guardian K9 Training based on three principles—honesty, trust, respect, and happiness for all clients and their closest furry friends.

I provide quality training at a fair rate because I believe everyone benefits from a well-behaved dog – especially the dog! I also believe that NO training routine should be the same for every dog. Each dog should be evaluated and treated for their different, individual, and lovable personalities. It is proven that the ideal classroom for children is possible when the teacher connects with each student to enhance and expedite the learning process. This applies to dogs as well.

I have years of experience helping and handling dogs both medically and psychologically which, when combined with my training skills, allows me to connect with each dog and guide their learning process.
